The Television Critics Association (TCA) has unveiled a fresh new logo ahead of next week’s announcement of the 41st Annual TCA Award winners, which will be unveiled across the organization’s social media.
The new identity was created by designer and illustrator Rosie Lin, working with TCA’s board of directors. TCA members voted on the final brandmark, an innovative design that simultaneously pays tribute to television’s incredible past while emphasizing the organization’s focus as it looks ahead to a dynamic future.
TCA’s new look makes its debut just in time for the organization to announce the winners of its annual TCA Awards on Wednesday, August 20.
Honorees from the 2024-2025 television season will be revealed in special video packages with TCA members serving as presenters, showcasing their considerable expertise and passion in authentic and approachable introductions celebrating the series and stars that defined the season.
Fans and industry professionals alike can watch those videos across TCA’s social media platforms, including—for the first time ever—TikTok and YouTube:

With this exciting new direction, the respected industry mainstay that has long-served as the tastemakers of the ever-evolving television scene introduces itself to an all-new audience—presenting a refreshed identity that is entirely its own.
“I’m so thrilled for the TV world to see Rosie’s fresh and bold new identity for the Television Critics Association,” said TCA President Andy Dehnart, the founder and editor of reality blurred.
“TCA members are the original influencers, sharing our knowledge, analysis, and expertise with our deeply engaged audiences,” Dehnart added. “This logo represents a symbolic step forward as TCA recommits to our nonprofit mission of improving standards and opportunities for TV coverage, while celebrating TV’s central and ever-expanding role in our culture."
Reflecting the digital streaming developments of the modern age, the new design features stunning gradient stars connecting digital offerings with content distribution, as well as a subtle homage to TV’s roots with familiar box shapes that recall the early days of the landmark medium. The updated logo will help the organization stand out on social media and beyond, improving on past designs with a layout and color palette that is innovative yet classic.
